"Therefore, inhibited expression of USP32, RAB18 and Dusp6 caused by bta-miR-19b-3p may be conducive to the maintaining of undifferentiated SSCs in cattleyak, while downregulation of FOXO3 by bta-miR-592 could contribute to the transition of SSCs to a differentiating state, which was consistent with the conclusions from our previous study that spermatogenic arrest of cattleyak started at the stage of spermatogonial differentiation and get aggravated during meiosis 3."
