"In HEK293T cells, His-tagged PD-L1 bound both wild-type and C76A mutant OTUD3 with Flag tags (Fig. xref ), and like MYL12A, PD-L1’s binding to wild-type OTUD3 decreased with rupatadine, indicating the C76A mutation doesn’t affect PD-L1 binding, but rupatadine can disrupt it."
