"Indeed, ATRA caused a dose dependent decrease in abundance of Pin1 and its substrate oncogenes including cyclin D1 12, HER2 14, ERalpha 18 Akt 16, NFkappaB p65 13, c-Jun 11, and PKM2 19, as well as an increase in abundance of Pin1 substrate tumor suppressors such as Smad2/3 17 and SMRT 15 in all three ATRA sensitive cancer cell lines (XREF_FIG)."
