"Using both the K63-specific mutant and the K63R mutant of ubiquitin, we found that of these four YAP-interacting DUBs, only OTUD1 clearly reduced K63-linked ubiquitination of YAP (Supplementary Fig. xref ), while the other three DUBs (JOSD2, OTUD7B, and YOD1) substantially reduced non-K63-linked ubiquitination of YAP (Supplementary Fig. xref )."
