"Using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA; https://www.qiagenbioinformatics.com/products/ingenuity-pathway-analysis), we found that TCF7L2 was predicted as a positive regulator of a broad variety of glial differentiation associated genes, including several that have been reported to regulate K + channel gene expression - for instance, the SOX10 modulated KCNB1, which was down-regulated in hGPCs derived from all three of our tested HD lines."
