"Previous studies have reported that USP10 could inhibit the activation of NF-kB and the release of inflammatory cytokines, while USP10 silencing can markedly increase NF-kB activation.27,28 In mice with tMCAO, the relationship between USP10 and VNS stimulation was reported by Xie et al.29 They found that USP10 expression in the brain was decreased after ischemic stroke, and VNS treatment could counteract it by increasing the expression of USP10 and ameliorating neurological deficits."
