"Some hypotheses concluded that cell migration led by Kv10.1 channel could mainly trigger changes in microtubule dynamics as a result of hyperpolarization of action potential, which have been proved to induce calcium entry through ORAI1, and their association with secretory pathway Ca ATPase (SPCA2) seems to be also implicated in proliferation and survival in cancer cells [99]."
