"Using a high-throughput qPCR approach, we assessed the levels of IFN stimulated genes (ISGs), including Ccl5, Cxcl10, Tmem173, Ddx58, and Irf7, which were all highly induced by VSV infection, whereas SFN treatment inhibited ISG expression; VSVDelta51 induced Ifnb1 and Il-29 mRNA were drastically inhibited by SFN by more than 50 and 500 times, respectively (XREF_FIG B)."
