"The subunit eIF3g interacts with Paip1, a Poly (A)-binding protein and stimulates translation initiation [XREF_BIBR], whereas the subunits eIF3h and eIF3f interact with TRC8, a ubiquitin E3 ligase, and inhibit protein synthesis, possibly through ubiquitilation of eIF3 or some other translational components [XREF_BIBR]."
