"These results indicate the expressions of many proteins that enhance NFkB signaling tended to be downregulated by treatment with pamidronate for 48 h, that is, pAKT1/2/3, GADD45, GADD153, p38, p-p38, SRC1, MDR, and more, proteins suppressing NFkB signaling tended to be upregulated by pamidronate, that is, PTEN, mTOR, PGC-1alpha, and NRF2 (XREF_FIG and XREF_FIG)."
