"This model suggests a novel mechanism for Rac1 activation and predicts that the formation of the SNTA1-Grb2-P66shc complex determines the amount of cellular Sos1 that is bound to Grb2 or E3b1-Eps8; in this way, SNTA1 and P66shc modulate Rac1 activation and its downstream cellular functions."
