"There are two key steps between NLRP3 activation and inflammation : firstly priming , in which stimuli activate NF-kappaB signaling via Toll-like receptors , IL-1 receptors , TNFR1 and TNFR2 ; NF-kappaB improves the level of transcription of pro-IL-1beta , pro-IL-18 , and NLRP3 , and secondly , activation , in which DAMPs and other stimuli promote inflammasome assembly via activating BRCC3 to deubiquitinate NLRP3 [ 134 ] ."
