"Importantly, AHI1 deficiency inhibited OTUD1-mediated both downregulation of Tyk2 ubiquitination (Fig. 5c) and upregulation of Tyk2 protein levels (Supplementary information, Fig. S5g), suggesting that OTUD1 regulates Tyk2 ubiquitination and protein levels dependently on AHI1.OTUD1 has been reported to be able to regulate both K48-linked and K63-linked ubiquitination of protein substrates."
