"In addition to mutant FLT3–ITD, another spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK), a critical regulator of FLT3, was deubiquitinated and stabilized by USP10; depleting or inhibiting USP10 reduced the expression of SYK, which promoted the proliferation of Ba/F3 and MOLM14 cells [68,84]."
