"Using the modified RADAR assay, we found that USP7 inhibition increased TOP1-DPC ubiquitylation after CPT treatment in the presence of PARGi (Fig. 5e; Supplementary Fig. 5b), suggesting that hyper-PARylation of TOP1-DPC triggers USP7-mediated deubiquitylation of the DPCs."
