                                  "Based on the flow cytometry result, the overexpression of YTHDF2 and TNFAIP3 or the overexpression of YTHDF2 with JSH‐23 treatment increased apoptosis of T98G and LN229 cells under TMZ treatment, whereas the knockdown of YTHDF2 and TNFAIP3 reduced apoptosis of T98G/TR and LN229/TR cells, and the knockdown of YTHDF2 and TNFAIP3 with JSH‐23 treatment reversed this result (Figure 6g, h)."
